Studies
Studied economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Studies at the University of Music Vienna, classical guitar at Prof. Scheit and Prof. Dr. Bayer,
(Graduation as guitar teacher in 1976),
further Musicology and Pedagogic at the University of Vienna (graduated 1993 as PhD),
and at the University of Education Vienna, former State College of Teacher
Education (graduated 1983 as primary school teacher / Diplom-Pädagoge),
and studies at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain under J. Tomas, A. Segovia in 1980,
and private studies under A. Moracho del Puerto (guitar flamenco) in 1986.
Teaching career
1973-1981 guitar teacher at a High School in Vienna.
From 1981 until 2007 teacher of pedagogic topics at the State College of Teacher Education (Pädagogische Akademie) in Vienna.
1987-1995 also as docent at Pedagogical Institute Vienna.
Since October 2007 Professor at the University of Education, Vienna (Pädagogische Hochschule Wien).
